Specialized lawyer in public procurement, insurance and international negotiations (M&A). Francisco has more than 20 years of experience in legal representation of foreign companies in Ecuador in the areas of oil services, reinsurance, international hydrocarbons trade and software. He is a Doctor in Jurisprudence and Lawyer of the courts of the Republic of Ecuador from the Central University of Ecuador. He has realized several specialization courses and seminars and courses in civil, tax, situational leadership, negotiation techniques and the American judicial system, as well as international mediation and arbitration. He has experience in handling, reviewing and managing contracts. He speaks English and Spanish.
