Partner of ECIJA Corporate, M&A & Commercial practices: Elena has more than 15 years of experience in domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, company and group restructurings, joint ventures and private equity deals. She provides general corporate advice and counsel to companies, partnerships and individuals in a number of sectors. She regularly advices management, corporate boards and shareholders with respect to general corporate and commercial matters. LLM in International Law from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) in Barcelona. Universitat Rovira i Virgili, Tarragona (Law Degree).
