Daniel Shamah Bio

Daniel is an ECIJA partner in Panama in its Corporate/M&A areas. He has more than 5-years’ experience advising domestic and international companies on banking and corporate matters. He holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) and a Licentiate in Political Sciences from Santa María La Antigua Catholic University, has an MA in Commercial Law from Interamerican University of Panama and an MA in Procedural Law from Santa María La Antigua Catholic University. He has also completed the Data Protection Officer Programme at Thomson Reuters. Daniel also serves on the boards of Bnai Brith Panama and the Panamanian Debate Association (ASPADE).
