Mike is Eaton Smith's Senior Partner and has significant experience of disputes relating to both corporate and individual matters. He deals with all aspects of commercial litigation and employment disputes, specialising in complex contractual disputes. For individuals Mike deals with matrimonial property disputes and regularly acts in high profile, big value divorces and separations. Mike is an experienced litigator in the field of inheritance, cohabitation and estate disputes. Mike has nearly forty years' experience with the firm and has been a Partner since 1985. He is a Past President of the Huddersfield Law Society, former President of Armitage Bridge Cricket Club and a Past Captain of Huddersfield Golf Club.
