Ben is a Partner and Head of the Private Client team. He has extensive knowledge of tax matters, particularly on issues relating to inheritance tax planning, including trusts and settlement planning and the preparation of Wills. Ben specialises in complex estate planning matters. With 36 years of experience in private practice Ben has been involved in company and commercial work as well as inheritance tax planning and private client work. His unique expertise in both company and commercial law and tax planning means that he can support a wide range of clients at Eaton Smith.
