Bio

Mark Boss is a member, concentrating his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning and general corporate law. He has represented clients in connection with complex estate planning, business succession planning and entity formation, as well as stock and asset acquisitions. He has presented numerous seminars on estate planning and business succession planning. Mr. Boss obtained his juris doctor degree from the University of Toledo College of Law, where he graduated cum laude, and was a member of The University of Toledo Law Review. Mr. Boss is also licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan.
