Marco Steiner Bio

Marco Steiner, LL.M. (Bruges), is a member of the Management Board and primarily works in the areas of corporate and M&A, venture capital/private equity, and energy and real estate law. He regularly advises on complex M&A transactions as well as infrastructure and energy projects in Germany and abroad. Marco Steiner is a speaker and expert in the field of renewable energies. Before joining E+H, he worked for several years at another international law firm in Vienna. Marco Steiner studied at the Leopold Franzens University of Innsbruck, the University of Vienna, the IEP Paris, and the Collège d'Europe in Bruges (LL.M.).
