Dr. Stefan Jeitler Bio

Dr. Stefan Jeitler, LL.M. (Berkeley), has extensive experience and expertise in advising on corporate and real estate transactions, as well as start-up financing rounds. His practice focuses on providing legal advice on complex/international M&A transactions and advising start-ups. During his time at a venture capital fund in Silicon Valley, Stefan Jeitler also gained extensive international experience in this area. Stefan Jeitler studied business law and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and completed a postgraduate LL.M. at the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated as one of the best in his class. He is admitted to the bar in both Austria and New York and is an active author and speaker in the field of corporate law (with a focus on start-ups and venture capital).
