Dr. Philipp Nidal Karaman Bio

Dr. Philipp Nidal Karaman specializes in private and public M&A, corporate law, and capital markets law. He has been advising on national and international transactions for over 15 years. Before joining E+H, Philipp Nidal Karaman worked in international law firms in Brussels, London and Vienna. He graduated as a Doctor of Law from the University of Vienna in 2004, among the best in his class, and in the same year as a Master of Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
