Alric Ofenheimer Bio

Dr. Alric A. Ofenheimer is a Senior Partner in the Real Estate and Corporate + M&A Practice Groups and a member of the Management Board. He is an internationally recognized specialist in private and real estate-related M&A transactions. He regularly represents Austrian and foreign clients in corporate transactions both domestically and internationally. His practice focuses particularly on financial institutions, production companies, media companies, and IT firms. Alric Ofenheimer represents public and private companies, particularly multinational corporations, funds, family businesses, financial institutions, and medium-sized enterprises. Alric Ofenheimer has extensive experience in joint ventures for the development of urban districts and large-scale real estate projects. He has also been working with legal tech tools for several years, co-founded the Legal Tech Hub Europe, and heads the digitalization group at E+H. Alric Ofenheimer studied at the Faculty of Law of the Karl-Franzens University of Graz.
