Bio

Philipp Schrader is a partner at E+H, where he is a member of the practice groups Corporate Law/M&A and Banking and Finance Law. His primary focus is on Corporate law/M&A, banking and capital markets law, including regulatory issues, and corporate finance. With his entrepreneurial approach, he regularly advises on transactions that take place at the intersection of these legal fields. His expertise not only relates to classic M&A transactions, restructurings, and the formation of syndicates. He also regularly advises companies and financial institutions on equity and debt financing. Philipp Schrader studied law at the University of Vienna (2013: Mag. iur.; 2018: Dr. iur.) and spent one semester at the University of Stockholm. Before joining E+H, Philipp Schrader worked in other renowned law firms and in the Treasury and Debt/Equity Capital Markets departments of two banks in Vienna. Philipp Schrader is a lecturer and author in the areas of his consulting specializations. Philipp speaks German and English.
