Bio

Marco Steiner is a partner in our Vienna office and a member of our corporate and M&A practice group, as well as the real estate practice group. His primary areas of focus are major strategic M&A and real estate projects, particularly in transport, infrastructure, and other regulated industries. Marco also regularly advises on private equity and venture capital transactions. He is a lecturer and legal expert for the energy and infrastructure sectors. Before joining E+H, Marco worked for the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Vienna. Marco holds a law degree (Mag iur) and studied at the Universities of Innsbruck, Vienna, and the IEP in Paris (Sciences Po). In addition, Marco has an LLM from the renowned College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. He speaks German, English and French.
