Bio

Clemens Lanschuetzer is a partner in our Vienna office. He is a member of our corporate / M&A practice group as well as of our real estate practice group. He regularly advises on general corporate and real estate law matters, on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, on corporate restructurings, and on large-scale real estate transactions (especially portfolio transactions). He has a special focus on hotels, retail assets and office buildings. Clemens holds law degrees from the University of Vienna (Mag iur, Dr iur, with distinction) and from King's College London (LLM in International Financial Law, with distinction). He also holds a master's degree in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and studied at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. Prior to joining E+H, Clemens worked as an associate with Schoenherr's banking & finance practice group in Vienna. Clemens speaks German and English.
