and access,
As a former prosecutor, Meghan Litecky learned how to think critically and make decisions under extreme pressure – a skill she carries with her today as a civil litigator. Meghan’s prowess in the courtroom strengthens her ability to lead clients as a litigator, the ability to make rapid decisions and to tackle the unexpected. Meghan’s practice is focused first and foremost on helping those in need at their most difficult times, regardless if they are defending or prosecuting. Meghan’s practice focuses on a wide range of civil litigation matters both big and small representing individuals and businesses in everything from advising trucking companies in wrongful death actions to representing small businesses in professional liability claims to helping individuals in a array of personal and property damage matters. Clients seek Meghan’s ability to defend them in trial and protect their businesses. For example, she successfully defended clients against an $8.5 million claim alleging a breach of their duty of loyalty and tortious interference with business expectancy. Prior to joining Dysart Taylor, Meghan was an assistant prosecuting attorney for the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office.
