Ariel Snyder Bio

Ariel Snyder is a seasoned corporate and transactional lawyer who understands what it takes to keep a deal on track from concept to closing. Combining an adaptable and personable demeanor with an unwavering commitment to her clients, Ariel consistently shepherds complex transactions to consummation with efficiency and clarity. Working closely and seamlessly with clients from a broad spectrum of industries, Ariel has substantial and diverse experience with a wide range of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. She is particularly well-versed in DSO and similar health care transactions, and marshals the multidisciplinary knowledge and talents of her Dykema colleagues when appropriate to account for and address all salient industry-specific matters implicated by a deal. Meticulously organized and attuned to the communication and working styles of her clients and deal partners, Ariel ensures all constituencies stay informed, on task, and in sync. Recognizing the value of her clients’ time, Ariel endeavors to make transactions as turnkey as possible for them while also providing the information and guidance they need to stay abreast of a matter’s progress and make informed decisions. Her ability to deftly navigate the challenges involved in keeping multiple parties and personalities all pulling in the same direction despite divergent priorities, concerns, or goals often makes the difference between a deal that gets done and one that falls apart. In concert with her transactional work, Ariel also assists clients with corporate governance and operational matters, including entity selection and formation, corporate structure, commercial contracts, and other issues that arise at every stage of the business lifecycle. Prior to joining Dykema, Ariel gained experience in commercial transactions, commercial and domestic litigation, and business and family immigration. In law school, she was an extern for U.S. District Judge D.P. Marshall Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas and the Medical-Legal Partnership between Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Legal Aid of Arkansas. She also served as associate research editor for the Law Review and a Rule XV Law Student serving indigent clients.
