Rogan Giles III Bio

Rogan represents private companies and investors primarily in the emerging companies ecosystem. His practice includes advising private companies (including start-ups, emerging companies, and portfolio companies of private funds) and investors (including private funds and individual investors) on equity financings, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances, corporate governance issues, debt financings, and equity compensation issues. Rogan’s clients include companies in the technology, software, health care, energy, restaurant, hospitality, and retail industries. Prior to joining the firm, Rogan was a member of Giles Aseron PLLC, a firm he co-founded in 2012. Prior to that, Rogan was a corporate attorney in the M&A/Private Equity practice group of the Austin office of Vinson & Elkins L.L.P. Rogan is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. When not practicing law, Rogan enjoys spending time with his wife, Andrea, and his son, Rogan, watching and discussing the Texas Longhorns, playing golf, and running the Shoal Creek Trail.
