He has over 20 years' experience of all aspects of corporate finance work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, management buy-outs and buy-ins, corporate re-organisations and fund raising. Mark acts for a range of clients ranging from multi-national plc's to SME's across a wide range of sectors. His work is focused on commercial objectives and an understanding of client needs, grounded in extensive experience of many complex transactions.
