Lester Wilson is a Partner and heads up the firm's Yorkshire and North East Corporate team. I specialise in handling mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and private equity/venture capital work. Lester has extensive experience of corporate finance acting for listed PLCs (both Main Market and AIM Market), large private companies, SMEs, entrepreneurs, private equity houses and venture capitalists in relation to flotations, fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, buy-ins and buyouts, restructurings and reorganisations.
