Javier Calzada Bio

Javier Calzada is an expert in stock markets, purchase and sale of companies, as well as domestic and international contracts, and domestic and international commercial investments. He regularly advises companies from a variety of fields, covering real estate, chemicals, energy, construction, boats, and works of art. Also, he is a professor of Commercial Law for the Master’s Degree in Administrative Management at the Superior Institute of Administrative Management of Catalonia (ISGAC), and for the Master’s Degree in Administrative Management at the University of Barcelona (UB). He speaks regularly at the Master’s Degree in International Sports and the Master’s Degree in International Business Law, both taught at Superior Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE).
