James Wilson is a corporate partner specialising in equity capital markets, public and private M&A and other corporate work across a broad range of sectors. James has particular expertise in equity capital markets transactions across the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, AIM and Aquis - including IPOs, dual listings, reverse takeovers, secondary fundraisings and corporate governance advice. He has considerable experience in public takeovers under the UK Takeover Code as well as domestic and international M&A for private companies.
