He advocates for the firm’s clients, offering guidance on various business opportunities such as business entity formation, corporate governance, supply chain management, loan transactions, real estate affairs, intellectual property commercialization, and drafting business contracts. With vast experience spanning industries like telecommunications, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, and consumer products, Seth represents buyers and sellers in M&A transactions. He advises on structuring, negotiating, and closing deals, including mergers, stock acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations. Seth also assists clients in debt and equity offerings, private placements, and complex tax matters. A member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Seth contributes to the Marketing/Communications and Technology Committees as well.
