Julie Schultz Self advises clients on a wide-range of business and employment matters including sexual harassment, discrimination, wage disputes, unemployment claims, disciplinary concerns, and compliance with state and federal employment laws. She counsels employers regarding “best practices” and assists in creating commission plans, bonus structures, performance improvement plans, employee handbooks, employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and separation agreements. Julie provides hands-on, detailed guidance with respect to a multitude of employment law issues. Additionally, she conducts training sessions for management and staff on various employment topics, and is a regular author and speaker on these subjects.
