Scott Lineberry Bio

Scott Lineberry concentrates his practice on general corporate, real estate and transactional matters, representing individuals, business entities and financial institutions as clients. He has represented clients in merger and acquisition transactions, real estate transactions, lending transactions, and securities laws offerings (public and private) and compliance matters, as well as joint venture, strategic alliance and general contracting matters. He has also counseled many clients with respect to the formation and governance of partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies and joint ventures.
