Robert Dubois III has been practicing law for over 30 years, with a concentration in finance transactions and real estate transactions. He represents individual, financial institution and corporate clients in the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, ground leasing and financing of commercial real property, including single family, multi-family and mixed-use developments, office buildings, retail shopping centers, and raw land. Robert’s involvement in financial transactions is broad based, representing both borrowers and lenders, with a concentration on the lender side. Types of loan facilities include unsecured facilities as well as facilities secured by real estate and facilities secured by various types of personal property. He has extensive loan workout experience. Robert’s clients tell him them they appreciate his experience and ability to understand their business concerns and develop solutions which address them. Robert is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas School of Law where he teaches courses on Real Estate Transactions and Real Estate Finance. Prior to entering law school, Robert worked for a financial institution, where his responsibilities included management and real estate lending.
