Susan Laws Bio

Susan A. Laws focuses her practice on business law and finance, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings. She has worked "in house" in the engineering, automotive and insurance sectors as well as in private practice. A frequent lecturer on the topic of mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Laws is one of the few solicitors in the U.K. to hold a master's degree in business administration. She is a 1977 graduate of Southampton University and an MBA graduate of Nottingham Law School.
