Pradyuman Dubey is a Partner at the Firm in the Dispute Resolution Practice with 19 years of experience and also specialises in corporate and commercial laws. Pradyuman has advised and represented clients in high stakes disputes, in diverse sectors, including, infrastructure & engineering, telecom, mobile handsets, information technology, automobile, hospitality, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, banking, real estate, manufacturing and trading, fintech, etc. Pradyuman has also advised and acted for Indian as well as Foreign Government Departments. Pradyuman has an extensive experience in representing clients in international commercial arbitrations (SIAC, ICC and LCIA) and domestic arbitrations (institutional as well as ad hoc) as well as in courts and tribunals across the country. He has regularly represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Securities Appellate Tribunal and arbitral tribunals (foreign seated and domestic).
