Jatin Pore is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Team in the Mumbai office of DSK Legal and has been associated with DSK Legal for more than 14 years. His practice focuses on Commercial Arbitration and Litigation. Jatin has a remarkable track record of advising marquee clients and has over 22 years of experience. Jatin has vast experience in domestic and international arbitrations relating to investment disputes, and disputes across various sectors such as Real Estate, IPR, Infrastructure, Aviation etc. Jatin regularly advises and represents clients during the entire cycle of dispute resolution – from litigation strategy till enforcement of the award. Jatin’s comprehensive solution offering to his clients also includes handling derivative actions, civil and constitutional litigations before various Courts and representing clients in actions against authorities / statutory bodies. Jatin’s underpinnings as a commercial lawyer in his early years, are deeply appreciated by clients in large complex disputes particularly during formulation of pre-dispute strategy and litigation management. Jatin regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Bombay High Court and other High Courts, NCLT, the Securities Appellate Tribunal and Arbitral Tribunals. Jatin holds Bachelor’s degrees in Science and Law. He also holds Master’s degree in Law. He is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He is also a registered Solicitor with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. Jatin is a member of Law Review and Rationalisation Committee of Indian Merchant Chambers.
