He has significant transactional experience in transactions of M&A, private equity, and venture capital investments. He has extensive experience in advising various family offices, multinational and domestic companies, private equity, venture capital funds in the areas of corporate laws and other related laws. Hemang is associated with DSK Legal for a period of more than eleven years and prior to joining DSK Legal, he was associated with a prominent law firm in Mumbai for a period of three years.
