Gaurav Mistry is a transaction lawyer and focuses on corporate and commercial matters such as mergers and acquisitions in the private and public space, strategic alliances and joint ventures involving domestic and international clients, investments by private equity and venture capital investors. Gaurav specializes in corporate laws, foreign investment laws, securities laws, and regularly advises on structuring of commercial transactions and documentation. Gaurav’s experience is spread across various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, education, logistics, healthcare, infrastructure, retail, manufacturing, insurance, media, microfinance, etc. Gaurav has been a part of DSK Legal since 2012. Prior to joining DSK Legal, Gaurav was associated with Khaitan & Co (Mumbai).
