Ankit Jain has an overall experience of more than 16+ years in varied areas of law. He primarily focused on Energy, Regulatory & Policy, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Consumer Law, Competition and Trade Law matters. He works with some of the largest corporate & public sector clients of the firm in developing an overall legal and commercial strategy. This includes advising promoters, CEO/ CMDs, and board members on Litigation, Property, Commercial, M&A, Corporate Governance and Compliance matters. He has substantial experience of appearing and conducting cases before various courts, tribunals and quasi-judicial bodies pan India. He has undertaken litigations concerning wide range of subjects including those with PNGRB, CCI (Competition Commission of India), TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India), RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority), IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority) etc.
