Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business, Contracts, Franchising, and Securities Law. Alexandria Hill focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and franchising. In addition, Alex regularly consults with private companies in all areas of corporate law and in all phases of the business cycle including formation, growth and exit strategies, succession planning, general contract and operational matters, and corporate governance and serves as outside general counsel for several high-growth companies. Prior to joining DMHD, Ms. Hill served as the general counsel and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Maple Street Biscuit Company. During her time with Maple Street Biscuit Company, Ms. Hill led the company’s rapid expansion efforts and oversaw the sale of the company to Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores, Inc. After the sale, Ms. Hill stayed with Maple Street Biscuit Company as the company’s COO and was responsible for the company’s operations and integration with Cracker Barrel.
