Jin Wei has experience in both private and public merger and acquisition transactions, having acted for bidders, vendors, target companies and financial advisers. Jin Wei returned to the firm after practicing in “white shoe” U.S. and “magic circle” U.K. law firms where he advised on a wide range of cross-border transactions in sectors such as financial services, real estate, energy, hospitality, technology and industrials.
