May Ng is a Director in the Banking & Finance Practice Group. May's main area of practice is banking and finance. May advises on a broad range of domestic and cross-border lending transactions, including bilateral and syndicated banking facilities, project financing, capital call facilities, real estate financing, working capital facilities and receivables financing. May has acted for various domestic and foreign lenders, as well as corporate borrowers and funds. May is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
