In addition to driving effective tax-credit financing deals that help clients grow and expand their businesses, Shannon Lenzini regularly advises clients in a variety of corporate matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and asset, stock and venture capital-based transactions. She strives to do excellent work, at a fair price, in a timely manner, with integrity – and hopefully a few laughs sprinkled in along the way. Before earning her law degree, Shannon spent six years working at an international boarding school in Salzburg, Austria, where she taught math and English, administered the athletic and residence life programs, skied the Alps, and traveled to 14 European capitals.
