As a member of Downs Rachlin Martin’s Business and Intellectual Property Law Groups, Kathryn Foley has over a decade of experience representing companies both inside and outside of Vermont in corporate and intellectual property matters. From representing buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions and asset transactions, to negotiating complex collaboration, license and supply agreements, Kate works closely with clients to develop effective legal strategies. Kate also regularly advises clients in technology matters and guides institutional clients through key commercial transactions.
