As a member of Downs Rachlin Martin’s Business and Intellectual Property Law Groups, Kate has over a decade of experience representing companies both inside and outside of Vermont in corporate and intellectual property matters. From representing buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, to negotiating complex collaboration, license and supply agreements, Kate works closely with clients to develop effective legal strategies.
