He represents a variety of clients, including real estate developers, landlords and tenants, lenders, renewable energy companies, non-profit organizations, private equity firms, and public agencies. Marc also counsels private and public companies regarding regulatory aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other investments in transportation companies.
