Annette Barlow Bio

Annette Barlow joined the firm in 1996 and has been a partner since 2003. Her practice focuses on a wide variety of business law and corporate securities matters. She represents private companies as well as founders and investors with respect to business formations, corporate governance, venture capital financings, federal and state securities compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Annette has extensive experience in strategic transactions, as well as contract negotiation and review, including joint ventures, loan agreements, sales, service and distribution agreements, leases and technology licenses. In addition, she regularly counsels professionals in the health care field.
