Bio

Mr. Thieman, who joined the firm in 2000, specializes in corporate and securities law matters. Mr. Thieman’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, debt transactions and general business counseling, including with respect to securities, commercial agreements, entity formation and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Thieman played collegiate soccer and professional soccer for D.C. United, a Major League Soccer team during the 1997 season. During law school, Mr. Thieman interned with the office of the Santa Clara County Counsel and the in-house legal department of Amdahl Corporation.
