Concentrated originally in transnational M&A, joint venture and commercial transactions, Steven Nelson practice has in recent years focused more intensively on international litigation and arbitration, in which he brings his extensive “deal” experience to bear in resolving disputes arising out of corporate acquisitions, joint ventures and complex commercial transactions, particularly those involving PRC and US parties.
