Bio

Skip Durocher is a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Regulatory Practice Groups. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on the defense of consumer class actions against financial services companies under the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and state unfair practices statutes. He has also handled a wide variety of other complex litigation, including minority shareholder disputes, insurance coverage, business torts, and federal Indian law. Skip is Chair of the Firm's E-Discovery Practice Group and Co-Chair of its Indian Law Practice Group.
