Carsten Greve practice focuses on institutional-facing private equity transactions, including management buy-outs and buy-ins and development capital deals. Carsten regularly guides founders and management teams through private equity backed transactions as well as sales to corporate acquirers. Carsten is a Norwegian speaker and has a strong focus on the Nordics. Carsten acts for many of the largest listed companies in the Nordic region, helping provide them with a full range of legal services from across the Dorsey network. Carsten also has a successful sports practice; regularly acting for a global sports media business on high-profile corporate deals across a number of different sports.
