Bob Cordran advises on all areas of employment law in the UK, helping clients to limit their exposure to employment risks and to achieve pragmatic outcomes. He has particular expertise in: employment aspects of commercial transactions (including M&A, real estate and outsourcing), including the application of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006; employment litigation (including High Court matters, restrictive covenants, team moves and breach of confidence issues); board disputes and executive termination arrangements.
