Justine Tocher Bio

Justine advises private companies on a broad range of corporate and corporate finance matters including sales and acquisitions and a broad and diverse range of corporate day to day matters including investments, reorganisations, shareholder and joint venture arrangements. She also advises a number of high profile banks on the corporate aspects of their client’s acquisitions and advises banks in the asset based lending sector. Justine works primarily in our London office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
