Marcus Vinicius Bitencourt is a partner of Campos Mello Advogados' Corporate, M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital practices, based in São Paulo. Marcus focuses his practice on corporate law, securities, private equity and venture capital, M&A and corporate restructuring, offering legal advice in all investment operations and directing Brazilian and foreign investors with regard to mutual funds, investment companies and share portfolios. Marcus's vast experience includes advising clients on the planning and structuring of business transactions and corporate activities, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, and the assembly of joint ventures, consortiums, associations, foundations, partnerships and other methods of organizing businesses, activities and enterprises.
