Koen Selleslags is a corporate lawyer with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and restructuring. His transactional work involves assisting companies and private equity firms during the complete process of acquiring or selling companies (due diligence, negotiating and drawing up transaction documents, and dealing with related disputes). In his restructuring practice, he supports clients with the reorganisation of their company’s legal structure (merger, demerger, sector contribution, etc). He also provides general advice relating to company law, advising clients on a wide range of subjects related to company law (corporate governance, share buybacks, self-financing, obligations for public companies, etc).
