Elia Montorio has over 20 years' experience of corporate law and is regarded as one of the pre-eminent corporate lawyers. She acts both for listed and private corporates, advises on M&A, reorganisations, restructuring of international groups, company law matters, flotations and corporate venture arrangements. Her experience across sector groups is wide and varied although she has a particular interest in speciality chemicals, pharma and foods and consumer goods.
