Bio

Carsten Lorentzen deals primarily with litigation and arbitration, intellectual property law, mergers and acquisitions and real estate. Carsten has conducted a vast number of legal proceedings before the Danish Supreme Court, the Danish High Courts and arbitration tribunals. He has also provided assistance in a multitude of mergers and acquisitions as well as other transactions. Moreover, Carsten serves on the boards of directors of numerous Danish business enterprises.
