Caroline Daout has a broad practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and company restructurings. Her clients include listed and non-listed companies, PE funds and mid-size companies. She has experience in representing private equity firms and other financial investors in investments, (leveraged) buyouts and exits. Caroline is also active in disputes that arise in her areas of practise. Caroline has built a robust reputation in the pharmaceutical, technology and energy sectors, where she regularly assists clients on the development and implementation of their activities.
