Carlos Robles y Zepf has extensive experience in the fields of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings and advises multinational corporations, SMEs and financial investors in this area. In addition, Carlos advises management boards, supervisory boards and managing directors on corporate governance, corporate compliance as well as on shareholders' meetings. Carlos has extensive industry knowledge, in particular in the chemical and energy sector. He is Global Co-Chair of the Chemicals Sector at DLA Piper.
