Nathan Armanini Bio

Nathan Armanini practices in the area of general corporate law and provides counsel to public, private, for-profit and nonprofit organization and company clients on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, reorganizations, commercial contracts, and corporate governance, across a wide range of industries. Nathan received his undergraduate degree in business administration and finance and previously worked in the international tax services department of a major accounting firm. Nathan’s knowledge and experience includes drafting and reviewing operating agreements, limited liability company agreements, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, joinder agreements, professional service agreements, and board resolutions among other things.
